Collaborating premiere education with a premiere hockey experience! Our diverse team of coaches offer the most well-rounded and comprehensive student-athlete experience!

We run teams through Kindergarten to Grade 12 that play in the Winnipeg Minor Hockey system, within the Fort Garry North Minor Hockey Association. All of our teams closely follow the Hockey Canada player pathway program, which is focused on developing skills in a fun and competitive environment. All of our staff and coaches are on the same page, speaking the same language of development at all levels.

Programming at St. John’s-Ravenscourt (SJR) is inclusive of all skill levels, allowing all students the opportunity to participate.

Our programs for SJR students include:

  • Learn to play programs
  • In-service day lessons
  • Before school skills sessions
  • Lunch time open-ice skates (senior school)
  • Integrated Phys. Ed & hockey program (middle school)
  • Parent morning skills sessions
  • Volunteer and junior coach opportunities for senior school students
  • Coach development program
We utilize hockey as a vehicle to strengthen core values of the school and promote the success of students.

Serving our community through quality programming. Developing great people, great athletes, and life-long players.

We help associations by providing continual support and development to coaches, administrators, players and goaltenders. Our team is eager to share our knowledge and teach the Hockey Canada skill program to your coaches. The more coaches we can help improve, the more players will benefit.
