Evolution Hockey’s Spring U15 PLAY program is dedicated to getting athletes born in 2012  ready for the upcoming season of contact. Each session will be one hour in length, and every week athletes will be introduced to a theme or topic relevant to body contact/checking. They will then be able to use those skills in a series of drill progressions and small area games. 

The overall goal of this program is to get 2012 athletes as comfortable as possible with giving and receiving body contact in a safe and controlled environment.
