EVOLUTION GOALTENDING

YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION, PAIRED WITH ELITE LEVEL PLAYING EXPERIENCE FROM OUR COACHES WILL PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF ARGUABLY THE HARDEST POSITION IN SPORT

  • What is Evolution Goaltending?

Evolution Goaltending runs within the structure of Evolution Hockey. What does that mean? Each on-ice session, the participating goaltender(s) will spend an allotted amount of time with one of our passionate and dedicated goalie coaches working on goalie-specific technique and tactics. For the remainder of the skate, the goaltender(s) will take part in highly-competitive game-situational drills, small area games and scrimmages that will test and enhance important aspects of the position like skating, depth control, compete level and goalie IQ.

  • Does Evolution Goaltending conduct 1-on-1 private sessions?

Yes, we absolutely do. Each 1-on-1 private session includes a practice plan designed specifically for the participating goaltender. In addition, our cameras will be rolling during the private session, allowing our coaches to provide instant visual feedback. Our coaches will use that raw video to create and provide a 3-4 minute video package that will be shared with the goaltender no longer than 24-hours following the session.

  • How do I inquire about goaltending spots within Evolution Hockey programs or Evolution Goaltending 1-on-1 private sessions?

The best way to inquire about getting your goaltender involved in one of the many Evolution Hockey programs that run throughout Spring, Summer, and Fall/ Winter – or any available 1-on-1 private sessions – is to send us an email through our ‘Contacts’ page.
