NEW to the list of available goaltending programs within Evolution Hockey is the Evolution Goaltending POWER HOUR.

This program – one-hour in length – is designed to enhance a goaltender’s skating and puck handling ability with an emphasis on technique, edge work, balance, control and game situation movements. Throughout the six scheduled program dates, the Evolution Goaltending POWER HOUR will involve on-ice stations featuring numerous skating and puck handling drills created to improve and challenge each participant. Goalie-specific small area games will also be played combining each skill while adding a fun and competitive element.

NOTE: This program is designed for goaltenders in the U11 age group (2014 & 2015 birth year) and older. This is NOT a learn to skate program. Each participant should have the ability to skate at a competent level.
